• *According to the agreement, otherwise the studio is guarded after the filming is finished and the building is locked by a security agency that leaves after the alarm is announced. The choice of night security after the end of filming is by agreement and is not obligatory.
• * Neither the security guard nor the operating technician is responsible to the tenants for theft and loss of material during filming, preparation and disposal, they only guard the locked premises against violent break-ins and report break-ins into the building. Tenant’s materials are not covered by any of Landlord’s insurance policies.

For returning clients for repeated filming within 1 year – number of days per year, unless one-off discounts have been granted

• we will reimburse your company at the end of the calendar year from the stage rental (we do not count days in the case of minimum rentals from category “3” for artistic work, otherwise agreed discounts and the price of lights, energy, etc.)
